Challenges

Positioning

By gaining an understanding of Jimmy Butler's existing fan base and the demographics of the followers we aimed to attract, we were able to clearly define our target audience.

Developing the Strategy

Through close observation and engagement with the client over the course of several days, we were able to gain a deep understanding of the client's needs and opportunities. This included identifying potential for social media growth, off-court business ventures, and brand partnerships.

Defining the Brand

During a strategy session, we utilized various exercises to identify and refine the key elements of the client's brand. This process helped us in defining the brand's personality, including its visual and verbal identity and the actions it should take.
 
This approach has enabled us to develop a clear and consistent brand image that resonated with the target audience.

A New Logo

We took what was working well with the previous logo, added new interests growth and refined its form to work on a broader scale of applications and sizes.
